Travellers departing from the UAE are urged to check their flight status before heading to the airport after several flights to Kuwait and Bahrain were cancelled or delayed due to the ongoing regional situation.
With the summer travel season bringing higher passenger volumes, UAE airlines are advising passengers to arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure to allow sufficient time for security screening, immigration clearance, baggage drop, and boarding.
Passengers flying from Dubai International Airport can also use the Dubai Metro to access Emirates Terminal 3. Metro operating hours are:
- Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 5:00 AM – Midnight
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 AM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – Midnight
